Description
This program aims to provide women with the skills necessary for re-entry into the workforce in the retail and wholesale industry.
The course will provide the learner with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to:
- perform efficiently and effectively as a salesperson
- apply customer service standards in keeping with store standards
- operate all point of sale equipment
- identify customer needs and adapt selling techniques to suit.
