Description
To provide a flexible program of study which will
increase the students' communication and
mathematical skills to a level where they can
undertake further study in TAFE, e.g. Certificate of
Preparatory Studies.
To foster pride in Aboriginality and recognition of
issues facing Aboriginal people.
To promote self-esteem and develop confidence as
preparation for employment, further study or a more
enriched family or community involvement.
To assist students to overcome any previous negative
educational experiences, and to exercise choice and
decision-making about their studies.
