To provide an avenue for trainees who have completed the Certificate I in Telecommunications Cabling (Traineeship) to undertake the further studies aimed at achieving the nationally accredited Certificate II in Telecommunications Cabling (Traineeship) and thus assisting the process of competency demonstration and receipt of the AUSTEL base GPC licence.
