Description
This qualification is designed to reflect the role of employees
who perform a range of skilled operations in the industry sector
with the need to apply discretion and judgement and some multi-skilling.
The qualification covers competencies that will enable graduates
to seek employment in the multi faceted and growing industries
of the Swan Valley and Margaret River regions.
On completion of the qualification graduates may choose to
specialise in either the Hospitality, Tourism or Food (Wine Sector)
Qualifications.
