Assessment of performance requirements in this may be undertaken in an industry context. Aspects of competency, including attainment of relevant knowledge and skills may be assessed in a simulated work environment. Competency is demonstrated by performance of all stated criteria.
Learners must demonstrate mastery of a commercially available integrated accounting package and one Non Current Asset (Fixed Asset) package to be competent in the subject.
All accounting applications must conform with generally accepted accounting principles and standards.
