Description
To provide an extensive and detailed study of the
finance of export trade, and the functions of the
Export Finance and Insurance Corporation.

To enable students to appreciate the place of export
finance in overall corporate finance, and the effect
of particular export payment terms on cashflow and
risk, and be aware of the customary payment terms
for particular trades plus the associated credit,
transfer, and political risks, and appropriate risk
management procedures for them.
