Description
To provide participants with the skills and knowledge to be effective sales
professionals in regard to customer services, in store demonstration and
accommodating the needs of different types of customers.
To provide participants with the opportunity to undertake a field study
research assignment with a retail enterprise to be able to formulate an entry
level project on selling techniques.
NOTE: This module contains a 20 nominal hour field study research
assignment or project to be undertaken with a retail enterprise as an
independent study component of the module.

off-the-job training in a variety of modes.
