Description
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required for filming self-testing material in screen performance contexts. This involves developing and practicing skills in preparation, performance and self-assessment of audition material.

The unit applies to those performers, such as actors, and other performers who use self-test material to obtain industry employment. At this level, performers are expected to apply technical and performative skills when preparing, recording and submitting self-test materials.

Determine and plan self-test requirements
  • 1.1 Discuss effective self-test screen techniques with required personnel
