Description
The purpose of this module is to familiarise the student with the functions and
responsibilities of the Customs Broker, the movement of international cargo,
and the Australian Customs Service (ACS). Students should also be
familiar with, control of goods, interpretation of ACS policies and
regulations, relevant to import and export of cargo and have an understanding
of the various types of tariffs imposed.
