Description
To provide learners with the knowledge and skills to install, tune, test, service and repair natural gas fuel systems on light passenger vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles according to specified standards and legislative requirements while maintaining acceptable levels of vehicle emissions, performance, economy, driveability and durability. Installations may involve mono, dual fuel or bifuel conversions to vehicles originally equipped with carburettor, electronic engine management systems incorporation fuel injection and diesel powered engines (dedicated and bifuel).
