Description
To provide information about understanding of, and
develop positive attitudes towards, as well as
skills in relation to, the field of knowledge which
is generally described as organisation and
management theory.

To provide a framework enabling students to analyse
given organisational situations, adapt to them, and
where appropriate, effectively modify or change
them.

To enable students to recognise the influences on, and importance of,
