Description
To introduce students to the theories
of fluid flow.

To enable students to identify, and
use, more common items of equipment and
plant used in fluid flow, such as:

- pressure measuring devices
- flow measuring devices
- pumping devices and systems.

To enable students to assess losses
within a fluid transmission system.

Laboratory 30%

A minimum of six Laboratory Reports to
be completed and written up in line
with the formal report writing
procedures of the study area.

A pass is required in both examination
and laboratory work.

forward 1 year.
