Topic

Choice of human services, in which students would like to work. Students must:

- give reasons for the choice

- outline the role of the worker in the chosen community
care environment

- identify the main aspects of professional, health and
safety issues in this setting.

Participation in Class 20%

Students should be able to answer questions based on
topics and content of previous lecturers. Students
are expected to actively participate in class
discussion.

Test

Students to be given a number of small dilemmas in a
variety of care environments. Students required to
discuss the issues involved in each dilemma.
