Description
To provide the learner with the relevant communications and administrative
skills that provide the student with the ability to communicate with clients
confidently and effectively and, to handle routine administrative procedures
efficiently.
Range of Variables
This module provides for delivery by off-the-job training in a variety of modes
requiring both theoretical and practical instruction.

Strategies for learning will largely involve interactive and participatory role
plays and discussions, as well as involvement in classroom exercises and
activities. There will be the requirement for a mock office situation which
will require the use of a reception desk and telephone equipment.
