Description
To provide the knowledge and skills for learners to create photographic and
multi-technology images through the safe use of darkroom facilities,
photographic techniqus, computer interfaces, and electronic imaging media.
Range of Variables
Theory delivery in lecture room situation; on-site instruction and creation of
images; open environments, backdrops and models; computer laboratory;
reprographics facility; drafting studio and photographic darkroom facilities.
Evidence Guide
Comparison of the images made with the scheduled brief with reference to the
following criteria:

- reading and manipulating light values
- interrelationship of camera settings and image depth
- focus and distortion in the negative
- positioning and framing of the image.

This model requires access to a darkroom, drawing studio and computer
laboratory, also a range of reprographical equipment.
