Description
This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to produce documentation that complies with planning approval requirements and building permit requirements for single storey class 1 & 10 buildings and additions as defined by the National Construction Code (NCC). The documentation is required as part of the process for planning application and building permit processes, which, if successful, will result in the issuing of planning and building permits.
