To enable the learner to describe basic real estate concepts and the structure
of the real estate industry, the job functions within the industry, and the
ethics of the industry.

Range of Variables
This module is designed on the assumption that most of the learners will

The length of time taken to complete a module will vary, depending on factors
such as teaching methods used, knowledge and skills at entry and individual
learner’s abilities.
This module provides for delivery off-the-job with ample opportunity to
practise skills in the workplace, or delivery on-the-job.
Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore integration may be appropriate.
