Description
The purpose of this module is to provide competency based training to develop
skills in planning, allocating and controlling work.
The aim of the module is to produce successful participants who have the
skills, knowledge, attitudes and professional practices that will enable them
to effectively plan their work and ensure that resources are employed
economically and productively. Learners will have the skills necessary to
define objectives and performance standards for themselves and their team as
well as monitoring results against those standards.
