Description
To enable the learner to effectively communicate in the workplace and explain
work scheduling, analyse problems, have a knowledge of each field of work in
this stream and to define problems related to manual handling, eye protection,
mineral fibre and asbestos materials.
Range of Variables
Delivery methods must provide for the demonstration of competency in skills
specified in all learning outcomes, either in on-site or simulated on-site
conditions.

Delivery strategies should reflect the nature of the learning outcomes and the
needs of learners.

Some areas of content may be common to more than one learning outcome and
therefore integration of delivery and assessment may be appropriate.
