This unit supports the student to design and document energy efficient, sustainable and compliant class 1 & 10 buildings under the supervision of an industry based mentor.
This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to undertake and complete, under supervision of an industry-based mentor, a class 1 & 10 building design project as defined by the National Construction Code (NCC) using industry-standard software package with building information modelling (BIM) capability.
