Description
To give people who provide support in the rural office the knowledge and skills
to operate a computer and to access and retrieve data stored on a computer.
Range of Variables
A range of delivery methods may be employed, including:

- home study with tutor contact
- face-to-face
- a combination of both.
Evidence Guide
Practical exercises using a computer and appropriate word processing,
spreadsheet and database software programs.

Access to appropriate hardware, word processing software and ergonomic
furniture.
