This module focuses on the tour planning and operations sector of the travel
and tourism industry. It will assist learners to develop insights and skills
concerning various types of companies in this field, expanding career path
opportunities, both within this sector and, in other areas of the industry that
have dealings with tour wholesalers/
operators, both nationally and internationally. The scope covers several
