Description
This unit provides participants with a range of knowledge and skills that will enable them to assist with the ongoing management of a range of environmental issues in a range of physical, biological and social environments. It is designed to provide some of the basics associated with environmental management, including the need for environmental management in the broad sense, as well as some of the strategies that can be applied in a range of situations. It is expected that participants will undertake relevant environmental management activities within the scope and limit of their experience, such as providing assistance to environmental officers/managers.
