Description
To follow on from the introductory and residential
sales aspects of Real Estate Practice 1A.
To examine the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and
Code of Conduct and the REIWA Code of Ethics and Rules
of Practice.
To discuss real estate auctions and the Multi Listing
Service and Insurance.
To briefly consider new trends in real estate (non-
examinable).

One 2 hour written examination 80%
Internal Assessment 20%
A two hour examination involving a combination of essay
and summary answers giving detailed explanation of
principles and practices. The Real Estate and Business
Agents Act and Code of Conduct and Auction Sales Act
can be taken into the examination.
Internal assessment will consist of four short answer
tests, set by the lecturer. Each worth 5%.
