Description
To provide the learners with the knowledge and practical experience necessary for the selection, placement and fixing requirement of structural timber members used in single and two storey timber framed domestic buildings.
Range of Variables
All classes shall take place in a classroom or similar appropriate venue.
The students shall be provided with simulated project documentation and conditions/exercises.
Project simulation exercises should be selected to draw on and consolidate information/technologies studied in prior learning modules to meet the
specified learning outcomes.
