Description
To provide students with an understanding of the
topics covered to enable them to conduct a Real
Estate business within the terms of the law.

One two-hour examination incorporating a combination
of essay, listing and summary answers giving
explanations of principles involved.

Students are permitted to take unmarked copies of
the Strata Titles Act and Transfer of Land Act into
the examination.

Internal assessment will consist of four short-
answer tests, set by the lecturer. Each worth 5%.
