This subject aims, through industry fieldwork
placements:

- to provide the opportunity to demonstrate interview skills under supervision.

- to enable students to apply attitudes and values
consistent with the Welfare Rights philosophy.

- to give the opportunity to demonstrate professionalism, as
it relates to the Code of Ethics.

- the analysis of the role of the Welfare Worker within the
agency/organisation.
