Description
To provide learners with the knowledge of principles and procedures in
specification writing and the skills required to produce a trade/element by
trade/element specification for complex residential buildings.
Range of Variables
This module provides for delivery of off-the-job training in a variety of
modes, learning outcomes and needs of the learners. Some areas of the contents
may be common to more than one learning outcome and therefore integration may
be appropriate.
Evidence Guide
-Written short answers and multiple choice tests

plus

-Practical assignments of the preparation of a project specification for
complex residential buildings, as detailed in the individual learning outcomes.

Normally learning will take place in the classroom and other suitable study
environment.
