Description
To enable learners to describe the principles and concepts of project
management, as related to a specific project or process, including typical
documents required and procedures associated with commissioning and finishing a
project, and to draw up a Critical Path Method network for this project or
process.

Range of Variables
This module contains learning outcomes that require theory instruction under
standard drawing room conditions and practical instruction. The theory
component will be assessed at the end of the instructional period when learners
are required to sit for a closed book theory test.
The practical component will be assessed by appropriate project reports. It is
necessary to pass individually the practical component and the theory component
to pass the module.
Suggested time allocation for each learning outcome including testing:
