This unit describes the skills and knowledge to identify short and simple personal strategies for learning. It requires the ability to examine self as a learner and to develop and implement personal learning strategies.
The required outcomes described in this unit contribute to the achievement of Australian Core Skills Framework indicators for Learning at Level 1: 1.01, 1.02.
This unit applies to learners who wish to develop their personal, learning skills, build understanding of how they prefer to learn and begin to identify strategies for learning with support. Learners at this level may require support through prompting and advice.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
