Description
This unit is designed to provide participants with the relevant skills and knowledge that will enable them to work effectively in the environmental science and/or management field. It is intended that this module focus of the documents that graduates could realistically be expected to complete in a work context, including reports, experimental reports, management plans, environmental impact assessment documents, and similar, as opposed to letters, memos and other more general documents. Skills include those relating to written and oral communication, referencing, time management, research and analysis, critical thinking, stress management, teamwork, and presentation of information. Competency elements and associated performance criteria may be assessed holistically.
