Description
To have an understanding of CSTAN taxation influence
of public housing policy.
To have a broad understanding of housing issues in
regard to Home Ownership, including subsidies,
mortgage relief packages and access for low income
earners (emphasis to be on the needs of marginalised
groups).
To be able to understand and apply practical skills to issues associated with
the Residential Tenancy Legislation, and Federal and State Government housing
provisions.
To be able to identify issues, and have practical
skills in the area of access to housing for
disadvantaged groups.

of their housing inquiry presentation for the class.
Examination 40%
Students will be presented with an examination paper
consisting of a compulsory short-answer question
section, and a choice of essay questions.
(Duration: two hours.)
