This subject is to be assessed internally using competence as a measure of the
learner’s achievement.
Assessment will be based on:
- selection of suitable materials
- short oral explanations
- short oral/written tests
- practical demonstration of skills to a professional standard in the
construction of bouquets
- assignment designing and costing a complete wedding providing dress
style and fabric details with:
. appropriate bouquets and headdress for the bride, bridesmaid and
flowergirl
. church and pew decoration
- reception table decorations
- detailed costing of all items
