To provide the learner with procedures and skills necessary to predict the cost of construction (Estimating) and to prepare and submit a bid (Tendering) for low rise resident projects.

Development of an overall estimate (based on quantities developed for an actual project in quantities and Estimating 1A) incorporating each learning outcome.
