The purpose of this module is to examine the legal framework within which the
banking and finance sector operates. In particular, it analyses the
relationships between financial institutions, governments and customers and how
these relationships influence and constrain business practices.

Range of Variables
This module is suitable for both face-to-face and distance learning

depth to enable learners to apply them to the day-to-day problems and decisions
