This subject aims to:
- provide a sound foundation in Ship Building and
Operational Techniques appropriate to maritime applications.
- provide the appropriate educational requirements for the
subject area, specified in the Uniform Shipping Laws Code, to the rank of
Engineer Watchkeeper.
- prepare the Engineer for the subject Marine Ship
Construction, Operation and Maintenance 2.
