Description
The purpose of this module is to address some of the factors inherent with the
normal ageing process and in doing so, highlight the need and benefits to
maintain physical fitness and well-being. Nobody is too old for exercise,
however it is important to have a clear understanding of the major
physiological changes associated with ageing, thus assisting the learner to set
clear and realistic goals for senior citizens (those over 60 years of age).
