Students will write an essay of 1,000 to 1,500 words
comparing three theories as a theoretical background
to their project.
Project 25%
Students will undertake a small simple survey
researched individually or in small groups around a
developmental issue that interests them. A short
written report of 1,000 words per student shall be
submitted.
Class Presentation 10%
Students will present their survey or research to
the class.
Participation 10%
Students must attend at least 75% of classes to pass
the unit.

Three essay questions each worth 10%. Two-hour
duration. 30%
