Description
To provide the Settlement Agency with a
general knowledge of the function and
purpose of the Corporate Affairs
Office.
To provide the Settlement Agency with the implementation procedures for
undertaking a company search and arranging a transfer of a business with
particular regard to interpreting leases and transfer of licences.
To provide the Settlement Agency with
the knowledge to follow the relevant
procedures to ensure the unencumbered
title to business and assets, including
goodwill and licences.

writing the number of that section against any other section.
