Description
To provide students with a general knowledge of farming practice, and to apply
such understanding to the appraisal and marketing of rural properties.

A practical Rural Property Assignment 40%

A practical farm visit to obtain relevant details of necessary information
required by a prospective buyer, and to include Land Titles Office and other
information which will affect ownership and use of the property.

The examination will be a combination of essay, lists, short answers and
summary answers giving explanations of principles and practice.
