Description
To develop the learner’s awareness of materials and processes, other than
those associated with basic woodworking, which can have applications in
woodcraft projects and are achievable for small-scale craftsperson, or may be
accessed by a craftsperson.
To expose the learner to specialised woodworking processes and provide them
with an opportunity to practise those skills.

Range of Variables
Delivery will be in an equipped workshop, but will also incorporate visits to
the workshops of trades/craftspeople working with other materials.
