Upon successful completion of this
course, the student will:

- Have knowledge of the basic principles of Quality Control
and the related Australian Standards of quality control.

- Have knowledge of the current practices in quality control
and assurance.

- Be capable of determining the reliability and statistical
analysis of production outputs.

- Be capable of setting specifications.

- Be capable of assessing vendors and purchases.

- Have an awareness of the stages of preparing quality
manuals.
