Description
This is a pre-apprenticeship program in Parks and Gardens based on the Training Package AHC10 qualification AHC20610. It provides learners with the required competencies for articulating into an apprenticeship program in the same field.

1. Core Units
Completion of fifteen (15) units made up of ten (10) core units and five (5) elective units. All core must be completed.

2. Elective Units
A mimimum of two (2) units must be selected from the elective unit list.
A maximum of three (3) units may be selected from units aligned to Certificate II or III in AHC10 or from any other currently endorsed training package or accredited course. Selected units must be relevant to the job outcomes in the parks and gardens industry. The following outlines ONE example of a training program for this field of work.
