Packaging Rules
To be awarded Certificate IV in Aircraft Surface Finishing, competency must be demonstrated in 20 units of competency comprising of:

Mandatory core units: 7 units
Technical units (Mandatory): 9 unit
Elective units: 4 units of competency in acordance with packaging rules

These units must be chosen as specified under the conditions set out below, while observing the pre-requisite requirements and packaging rules defined.

Please refer back to the MEA07 Aeroskills Training Package as there are conditions regarding selection of electives.
1. Core Units

All 7 mandatory core units must be achieved.
