Packaging Rules
To be awarded Certificate II in Aircraft Surface Finishing, competency must be demonstrated in 11 or 12 units of competency, depending on the choice of specialist units. These units must be chosen as specified under the conditions set out below, while observing the pre-requisite requirements and packaging rules defined.

To be awarded Certificate II in Aircraft Surface Finishing, competency must be demonstrated in 14 units of competency which comprise of:

7 mandatory core units
3 mandatory specialist units
1 of the 2 elective options

Please refer to the MEA07 Aeroskills Training Package as there are conditions regarding selection of electives.
1. Core Units

All seven (7) of the mandatory core units must be achieved.
