Learner to complete 7 elective units with at least 2 units and up to 4 units from the AQF 2 Food Processing specialist set, at least 2 units and up to 4 units from the AQF 2 Retail (WRR units) specialist set, 1 unit from the AQF 1 specialist or optional sets, a maximum of 2 units from the AQF 2 optional set and a maximum of 2 units from the AQF 3 specialist or optional sets. Note that AQF 3 Retail Baking or Plant Baking units can not be included within a Certificate II in Food Processing (Sales).
The Food Processing Training Package FDF03 should be consulted for a complete list of sets and the units in each set, the AQF levels of units and for further information on packaging requirements. The Training Package should be consulted for information on pre-requisite units.
