The Elective Units can be selected from within Seafood Processing
Qualification Stream Elective Units (Group 3) and/or from the list
of General Elective Units (Group 4). Of these 4 Elective Units, 1 Elective Unit
can be selected from S253 Certificate IV in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing).

from the Seafood Industry Training Package SFI00 which should be consulted for
