1. CORE

1. This qualification requires units C0133 (CHCCS2A) Deliver & Develop Client Services and C0134 (CHCCS3A) Coordinate the Provision of Services & Programs. However, the competencies of both of these units are covered in units: C0248 (CHCYTH1A) Work effectively with young people, (in Certificate III) C0249 (CHCYTH2A) Provide appropriate assistance to young people, (in Certificate III) and C0252 (CHCYTH5A) Manage youth programs (option in this program), and therefore the hours of both the above units (C0133 and C0134) are NOT included in the nominal hours for this qualification. 2. Unit C0157 (CHCORG4A) Follow the organisations occupational health & safety policies will have already been completed as part of the Certificate III Community Services (Youth Work) qualification and therefore is also NOT included in the nominal hours for this qualification.
