A total of 21 units must be completed, consisting of: 4 Core units, 12 Seafood Processing specialist units (Group B), and 5 Elective unit that may be selected from a combination of Group B seafood processing units not yet selected for htis qualification, Group E electives, Certificate II in Seafood Industry (Seafood Processing) - maximum of 1 unit, Certificate IV in Seafood Industry (Seafood processing) - maximum of 1 unit and Certificate III level or higher from this or any other Training package - maximum of 2 units. Unit must be relevant to workplace needs.
