Packaging Rules
To achieve recognition at the Certificate III level, the candidate must demonstrate competency in the eight core units plus three elective (total eleven units).

A minimum of two of the threee elective units must be taken from the elective listed in the CPP30307 qualification outline.
One on the electives may be chosen from either:
- The Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations)
- Any Certificate III qualification in CPP07 Training Package
- Any Certificate III qualification in any other endorsed Training Package

All units must contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome
